New Study Groups Beginning In May!

Suggestions For Group Harmony Study Group

3rd Sunday of the month 11am ET / 8am PT

I use the Suggestions For Group Harmony whenever I hold space for workshops, classes, retreats, or any kind of collective space. They are suggested practices meant to bring unity and cultivate space for compassion, trust, accountability, and transformative learning. They support a safer space for all of us to be, learn, and grow; individually and collectively.

By studying them and consciously practicing them together we are able to take the principles into all of our relationships and various community spaces.

Death Chat
Discussions About Death, Life, Grief, & Celebration

4th Thursday of the month 9am ET / 6am PT

Let’s get together and talk about death so we can live fully and deeply in relationship with ourselves and each other. When we talk about death and dying, we talk about birth and living and gratitude. We learn how to live in alignment with our values and be present for what really matters.

As a trained death doula, being with death and dying teaches me how I want to be in this life. It shows me what matters and what is less important. Being with grief teaches me how to love, accept, and celebrate all that this life is.

Donation Based Monthly Study Groups

These groups are drop-in, and you do not need to register in advance. You do need to add your name and email address (see below) to the list in order receive monthly reminders and an access link. You are welcome to join us monthly or once in a while, and to attend one group or all of them as you wish.

The study groups are offered free of charge. You are invited to give a financial contribution if and when you feel able to do so. Your contribution will help cover expenses in order for the space to be available to all of us.

There are many ways to contribute to the health of the community, and those who are unable to offer a financial contribution are always welcome and encouraged to attend.

Each study group is scheduled for an hour and a half. This is a generous amount of time, and we will sometimes end early. While we will not go over the set amount of time, actual length of our gathering could vary based on how many of us are present and the energy of the group.

Our gatherings will include:

  • time to settle in and ground

  • welcome and reading of suggestions for group harmony

  • brief introductions

  • group discussion based on the study group topic

  • some period of breathing and/or meditation

  • closing with gratitude

We are as we practice, and practice creates possibility.

Learning and sharing together within the container of sacred community is deeply precious to me. Holding space for ourselves and each other to ask questions, contemplate new and old ideas, and explore our blocks, challenges, and openings offers a kind of personal and collective transformation that allows us to learn and teach simultaneously.

I see these study groups as an extension of my/our personal practice. By having a practice that we are committed to personally and communally, we can do, move, and be based on the roots of that practice. I believe in the power of community, and that being in community is necessary for my own spiritual growth and development as a human person. Please join me on this journey.

Contribution In Gratitude

Your financial support makes it possible for me to be available to you and others free of charge. This creates access, and allows me to hold space for you and the community in a way that nourishes all of us, and cover the financial cost of doing so. Thank You!

Suggestions For Group Harmony

Though there is a specific study group dedicated to focusing on The Suggestions For Groups Harmony, they will be used as a foundation for how we be together in all of the study groups. I encourage anyone wanting to join any study group to read them.
